Returns & Refunds Policy
At Murphy’s Market, we want you (and your pup) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, please email us at murphysmarket.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Double-check the shipping address and check with neighbors or building managers.

Contact the carrier (e.g., Australia Post, UPS) to file a claim.

Then, reach out to us at murphysmarket.shop@gmail.com and include your order number and any relevant details.
While we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we’ll always do our best to help. In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
